LAUSD Confirmation Submission

Option 1: I no longer work for LAUSD.

I've officially resigned from LAUSD and would like PARS to submit my name to LAUSD for confirmation.

Once LAUSD has confirmed your resignation and authorized the distribution of your account balance, you will receive a distribution packet from PARS. Contained within this distribution packet is a form which you must complete to authorize and direct the distribution of your account balance. PARS will need to receive this properly completed form from you in order to process your distribution check.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is your responsibility to make sure that your resignation has been officially processed. If you select this option and your resignation has NOT been officially processed by LAUSD, you will NOT be eligible for a distribution of your PARS-ARS account balance. A notification letter will be mailed to you if this happens.


Option 2: I no longer participate in the PARS-ARS plan.

I have been actively participating in another retirement system (i.e., CalSTRS, CalPERS, etc.) with LAUSD. I would like PARS to submit my name to LAUSD to confirm my status for PARS to determine my account balance distribution eligibility (24 months after your last contribution to PARS-ARS).


Participant Information

If you don't know your EE ID number, it's located on your annual PARS-ARS statement or district pay-stub. Your EE ID is an 8 digit number.
By submitting this request, you authorize PARS to process your inquiry and verify your information with LAUSD.
